I am not getting twitch drop.

Dear Sir, My email ID is " thecursedgamermightylax@yahoo.com ". This account is linked to twitch , username " thecursedgamer ". But I am not getting any twitch drop. It's showing that it's already claimed. But I am not getting those in my account. Please help me.
