Missing 2k aq shards

Anybody else only get 8000 shards from twitch rewards. I just completed the final milestone and I only got 8000 shards and not the 10k

But no, the last drop (the 12h one) seems to be missing the 2k AG shards.

My Drops are stuck at 99% on the 10 hours and 83% on the 12 hours. I have been watching people with Drops ON ever since the stream was over and it got stuck there for the last 5 hours.
