Missing 11year anniversary

Is anyone else not seeing the 11 years anniversary rewards mine didn’t show up yesterday and it didn’t show up today is that normal? @kabam

I deleted my game and reinstalled it. The calendar finally appeared but I somehow missed day 1.

Kabam said they’ll ensure everyone gets day 1’s prize but I’ve yet to see it.
