Twitch drops not working

I linke dmy account for the first tome today and started watching some streams. I got the rewards on twitch but when i claimed em ,they didnt come into my game mail. Theyre just sitting on my twitch account saying that they have been claimed but i dont have them. I havent claimed the rest yet from twitch just in case.

Does anyone have a fix?
