1. Make it 7 days instead of the current 3 days so players can spread out their gameplay
2. Remove the 7 min time limit, my champions are still at full health after 7 mins, how much is wasted waiting for AI to throw special
3. Disable special 3 for defender, the current AI doesn't throw special and reach special 3 through power gain
4. Remove podium, podium level up exists only for monetization purpose which will eventually kill the mode within a few months
5. Provide a range of defenders (1 of each class at least) for players to choose instead of fighting the same champion for 3 days straight
6. Provide global leaderboard (1 leaderboard for each defender) for individual players to compete for number 1 instead of alliance based ranking (getting all 30 players to play isn't sustainable in the long run)

The time limit is fine, and sp3s should stay activated. Idk about having a range of defenders, there would likely be an easiest one that everyone would just fight exclusively anyway. Adding a global leaderboard along with an alliance leaderboard would be cool, but I don't think active allies will struggle with participation.

IF podiums are kept, keep it at one per day and adjust the points accordingly. Three in the first day felt like a real slog

Do something with podium level up xp... it's not resonable at current state... no it's not. +80 xp is too low for efforts that it requires.

Reduce 5 podiums to 4. 2 on Day 1 and 1 each on corresponding days.

Rewards are pretty damn good. Add any amount of t4a to go along with t7b.
