Linking in game account to twitch

Let me preface this question with I'm an old ass. How do you link your in hand account to twitch. I took the dust step off downloading twitch to my phone. How do i link the 2?

Is anyone else having issues getting the rewards? I just finished all 12 hrs and only received about 5 of them then nothing else. Spoke with support and they told me I had to wait until I finished the 12hrs but I did that about an hour ago and still dont have anything
