Account deletion

I have a secondary account that has been connected through Google play but I can't connect it to my kabam account to receive drops instead when I use the sign in to kabam option it signs in to a level 1 account is there any way to fix this my email and everything else is connected to the account but I just can't connect the correct kabam account
