Why won’t anyone at KABAM acknowledge my request? Why freeze my account, demand I make a purchase to unfreeze, I spend $5, and I’m still frozen??? Make it make sense I can’t let this go. I’m not even receiving my purchases or these new twitch drops??? Seriously what is going on???

so apparently refunds goes against policy? But if I never received what I purchased, imma get a refund. Now they telling me I spent in game what I never received and expect me to buy again to unfreeze the units? Please make this make sense
