Twitch Drops

I’m still having issues with claiming Twitch drops. I have connected my account but it still says connection required under drop. What am I not doing? I would really like to get this fixed.

Ok I feel like an idiot. Some how my twitch account for Kabam link got switched to a different account and I didn’t notice it. I did the 12 hrs on the wrong account.
