Twitch Drops

I went on Twitch to watch the creators' live stream and collected the drops, done. But when you enter the game, they don't appear. I've already checked that it's the right account, that it's logged in, and that everything is correct. I don't know what happened. I contacted Twitch support about it once, and they said that game support is the one who has to resolve it. What do I do now?
