Wheel of fate quest 1 champs requirements change

I haven’t started wheel of fate yet and I see champion requirements was changed… sinister is dissappeared from the list against bullseye O.o

He's still there. You're probably looking at the wrong wheel of fate quest.

He's definitely still in there. You've got an entire row of champions above what's in your picture.

There was a visual bug at that time with the preview.

i checked quest 1 and started the list my r3 guillotine 2099 instead of r4 siniste
