Wrong Info in champion info of sabretooth.

Recently I was reading almost every champion information to find the
best regen champion and thats when i read Sabretooth's champion information. The Champion info said that the second special attack regenerate 227.9% missing health over 15 seconds.Also Sabretooth was reworked, so I used 200 6 star signature stone and fully level maxed him in rank 2 and then i thought of trying him in practice. The fight left me stunned, it cant even heal 10% percent. So i think there are lot of false information here and it needs to be corrected.

Didn't know people used Sabertooth even post buff. Mine says 346 (or 326 for 6*). I have no idea on the sp2 either as mine doesn't even heal back 5% from recoil.

Tried it with high health, low health, high opponent health, and low opponent health. But I tried mine at the beginning of Saga and it didn't work, and now just retried it. I too would like to know what it should mean and/or say.

(just guessing) could it mean (similar to his Sig Ability), that it is Regen of new damage dealt to him from being attacked.

maybe the SP2 gives him approx 3 times better regen than from normal Sig Ability, but only for 15 secs instead of 25 secs ?
and so (saying an amount above 100%) would mean he can actually regen to higher than before he were hit. (The Sig Ability of ~70% just recovering a lot, but not more, than the damage dealt) ???

Forgot to mention that I had also checked being hit while it was active too (I didn't think it was that since unduped Sabertooth doesn't Regen when hit though).
