Summoner sigil subscription issues
Am I the only one with this issue? I’ve been subscribing through the summoners market bc of the extras. My previous subscription expired prematurely. At first I didn’t know that it was premature. The app locked up the items and I was notified that my subscription had expired. I went online to the summoner market to resubscribe but I couldn’t find the icon for subscription Instead what I found was the option to cancel my subscription. I got confused but I figured it was a glitch so I cancelled with the intention to re subscribe but even after that the subscribe button wasn’t there, instead it said my subscription was still valid until December 13th. I went back to the game but it was still saying the same thing; expired! And, the sigil store items were still locked up with the big green 9.99 subscription button right there. Since I couldn’t subscribe through the online market, I got an apple gift card and I subscribed in the game. It worked and the locked items were unlocked. This was December 7th. Well come yesterday December 13th it happened again! The app said my subscription had expired and items were locked again! This time I checked and this was when I realized the app cancelled my previous subscription about 10 days early and now it’s cancelled the new subscription in 6 days! I’ve reached out to kabam support and I’m getting prompt options that do not address the issue. It’s crazy. It appears subscription through the summoners market is not properly synced with the game app. I’ve even attached copies of my payment receipts but I’m yet to hear from them. I paid for this and it’s messing up my game. Kabam please look into this. I’m definitely not subscribing again until it’s resolved. Can’t be paying for monthly subscription and getting short changed.
