Raids - Jean & Siphon Slider

Something seems to be off this round of raids with Jean and Siphon Slider. Last raids I was hitting the 12% damage cap in about a minute. This raids against the same champs even with 15 charges, I am lucky to be getting 5% damage per run. I am not sure what changed, but it is certainly different than last raids. Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?

Something seems to be off. I’m having similar issues with spiderwoman. I’m using the same strategy and raid boost as last time. I was getting huge hits last round and hitting cap within 90 seconds, this round barely scratching them.
