Looking for a Alliance very low lvl current

I have played this game since last year but gave up on it. I now found interest in the game. And now play all the time now. I'm looking for a Alliance that can help me learn what to do to become better and turn me into a better overall person. Thank you for the time.

    If you can get on Facebook, there's at least one page MCOC for newbies, and several Veterans run alliances for just that purpose, to help low level players
