Our alliance received 2 different rank rewards:

Personally claimed the earlier lower rank, would appreciate clarification from game team on next steps or clawbacks? Or wait for a higher rank reward? Thanks.

Same thing happened to me. I claimed both but haven't used them just in case they need to recover it.
