Banquet Crystal Selector

What is the “Banquet Crystal Selector”? Is that just a progression based selector for banquet crystals? So choosing between GBC and SBC ect?

Ok I just saw it in the notes. I must have glossed over that in my first reading of the post. Sorry, hate to ask questions that have been answered. Just didn’t see it in the first pass.
