Depends on your feelings on Kingpin and Valk, but your entire top row in that second picture is R4 worthy, plus Shang.

I’d also add Elsa, BPCW, Baron Zemo and Mantis to that list depending on your preferences and play style. I slept on Elsa for years but really like her for a wide range of content.

As this is my first R4 in skill I am looking for champs that can be a dual threat... Both offense and defense... Unlike other classes I feel there is no stand out champion
