Alliance war defense placement bug

My champs are still bugged and can't be placed in war. I made a previous post but I still don't know what to do.

TLDR: My champs were placed on defense for the alliance I was in previously and now I can't use them even after it's been a month since joining a new alliance

Send a ticket into support and tell them you need them to manually unlock your champs from AW defense.

Yeah I just sent a support ticket and this time the status is "open", I've sent out two other support tickets regarding this same situation but were immediately given the status of "solved".
