Aside from her double track many months ago, only other place I've seen her was the Founder's War crystals

If it helps, Sinister's dupe is mostly for questing as he'll get an additional bonus based on the class he defeats up to 10. He will start with 3 in battlegrounds though and it can be helpful, but not really necessary for because he'll still heal back from crits and destroy with degens. And Cap Britain's doesn't seem completely necessary for defense, just increases duration and damage, my unduped one still works well.

Dupe and high sig on Cap Britain actually decreases the number of champions that can take her. For instance Jack can take a non duped one but not a max sig. It reduces their energy resistance. A max sig Cap Britain really only has a few good counters.

why is she being so gate-kept. Didn’t all the other double track champs make it into the titan crystal shortly after?

She will make it to Titan and Basic eventually but chances are there will be several counters by the time she does. This shortage is intentional to make people purchase the platinum track in future champs. If i am not mistaken, Captain Britain's platinum track came with the most skeptics who questioned her presence in a paid medium.

I have purchased all platinhm tracks except her and i am sure i wont be the only one.

Well, is it really rare if the crystal I got her from is likely from the mailed free crystals by Kabam? Because I surely got her from one of those

Yes, it really is.

Because you can't reliably get it in a a Titan crystal.

You're pulling it from a Gala Valiant crystal, you have only a 2.50% chance per crystal to pull a 7* - and a further 1-in-25 chance (4%) that the 7* you draw IS Captain Britain.

Those odds are highly unfavored.

You'll start to see a lot more Captain Britain's in the coming weeks from the crystal, but still WAY WAY less than if she was available somewhere else, like say a Titan crystal.

I have opened up around 45 of those Gala Valiant crystals, and I have received 2 6* champs and ~43 5* champs. Not a single 7* and obviously not a 7* Captain Britain.
