Parry in EQ

Anyone else having the problem in the last Elder difficulty quest where it will say parry but not registering it? Am I missing a node?

Haha yep.

Turns out, defensive ability is reduced while the falter is active.

I couldnt work it out either, just saw falter and went yep, i got this.

Then read it properly after 10 attempts at an itemless run
