3rd Key ?

My apologies for asking a stupid question. But was just wondering where is the 3rd Key?

I got 1 from Solo and 1 from Alliance Banquet event, but can't seem to find the 3rd.

So It was bugged?

We demand 1:1 crystal comp. For the time this glitch appeared! And 3 extra keys. LOL
