Alliance Creation Question, plz help

Question, I am preparing to start an alliance of my own but I have some commitment issues. So if I start the alliance and then realize that I don’t like it and want to create another one, can I scrap my first alliance and create a second alliance using the same account?

    Yes but you will be wasting what you spent on creating the alliance

    That part I can live with. I don’t ANTICIPATE scrapping and starting over, but like I said, I have commitment issues lol. I like to know that there’s an abort button before I jump onto things lol. Thanks for your help
