Can a conqueror account take a 7* to rank 2?

I was opening crystals in my conqueror alt, got some 7* shards to open a few 7*. In the milestones there's probably enough materials to take one of those to rank 2, but my inventory can't hold enough catalysts for it, the rest would go to overflow, right?
Making it impossible to rank 2 a 7*, right?

Also, a stupid question... Why can I have 3 T6cc in the inventory, when I can only have 2 T5cc?

When you level up the capacity caps also increase

Rankup gems should work.

as for Inventory, I just noticed this week that the T6CC limit apparently had just been increased (and maybe another level too, T4's ??)

(Although I never recall seeing anything about new increase, but could have easily missed such notice)

So maybe the new ConquerConqueror limits are a little out of whack with the T6CC increase also maybe affecting Conqueror whereas not an increase (??) in T5CC
