Banquet Alliance Milestone Issue

I bought the crystal deal through web store and it didn’t count progress towards alliance progress milestone. Any idea how to fix it?

Contact support, I got mine through the website too and they counted toward the milestone.

I’ve been in alliance for almost 2 weeks it says I have 20 hours until I qualify for rewards but doesn’t count my contribution

That 20 hours also counts for you being able to contribute points and claim any milestones. You needed to wait the 20 hours to open anything.

any ones done PRIOR to that time will NOT count. (Prior ones will NOT even retroactively count once you do reach that time, only one’s done AFTER that will count).
