no, only ones done AFTER youβve been in 14 days will start to be counted.
so no way I can get my pointsπ¨
No, you won't!
that is fu**ed up. I grinded 5k for the last 2 months and I will miss out just because I didnt see that small message that tells me I have to wait 15 hours. and why does 15 hours matter anyway
yes. Unfortunately thatβs how it works.
cant a dev do something. I know I sound dumb but I really hate for my grind to be wasted even if partially.
I dont know what you want kabam to do about this. This one isnt their fault
How is it my fault. I really didnt know that you have to wait and I have been in the alliance for more than a week. and Why couldnt my points count but not get the rewards right away. I am really frustrated as I could have slept and bought the crystals the next day and this wouldnt have happened. And couldnt kabam just count the points to the other event
You have to wait two weeks bud
I can see your forums account was created in 2023, so you've been around for at least two other banquet events. It has worked the same way every single year - you must be in an alliance for 14 days prior to contributing points and earning rewards. This prevents players from alliance hopping during the event and repeating rewards.
I get that you're frustrated, but your frustration is your own fault at the end of the day. This is how the event has always worked, and it was communicated by Kabam through multiple avenues - forum posts, livestream, and an in-game message that I am assuming you ignored.
Unfortunately for you it is what it is at this point. You will not get anything from the alliance event from the units you've already spent.
I have been playing for more than six years but I usually didnt have time for these grindy events and if you are saying that this happens every year doesnt that just mean that it is a poor design from kabam.
Itβs designed to prevent exploitation by players. So itβs actually properly designed
I literally explained why they do it like that...
And this is hardly a grindy event. Obviously you play the game at your own pace, and that's perfectly fine, but you can't put your problems on someone else.
