Question

I joined this alliance 8 hours too late before the cutoff originally, so I had to wait an additional 8 hours prior to claiming any of the rewards, but I was able to participate. Am I not allowed to claim the rewards my alliance has already maxed out? Am I just screwed? It’s not letting me claim anything.

Two weeks ago, I was just 8 hours late to the cutoff, so I was delayed 8 hours before claiming rewards when banquet started.

I'm not sure when will qualify and there is no other way to spend units and know that we are not qualified for claiming rewards

Bug probably. Make a support ticket. I am sure there are others in similar situation. If enough people send tickets, they may look at how to fix this.

Based on past years, you should be able to claim the rewards. If you are not able to than post this in bug section and open a support ticket.

Also can you tell whether you opened crystals after 8hrs of banquet starting or before that?
