Payment issue via browser

I'm in Egypt and I paid for Platinum Pass 1264 in Egyptian currency, and it was deducted from my Vodafone wallet, but I didn't receive anything in the game. I've waited a lot, but nothing happened... The money was deducted, but I didn't get anything in return 😕

And these are the first and second transaction numbers that occurred before that because I tried twice.
