More access to lower catalysts as a Valiant player

I would like Kabam to allow us to more lower level catalysts in the game. I want to expand my 4 star roster but there is no effective way to get tier 3 basic in the game other than the daily quests and glory store.

To be fair, lower level stuff is dirt cheap in the glory store. If you want to make the choice to invest in lower level stuff, then you have the freedom to make that choice. Kabam has made the option plenty available.
