Annoying and stupid.

I have a problem. It's annoying that with this Banquet event I got the resources to rank 4 two maybe three 7 stars champions but I can't because my summoner level is not at 60 and it's stupid that I can't used the resource from my over stock to rank up and on top of that I can't sell the T7BC that I can't use/hold.

So push to level 60 or drop $10 on the sigil. Progress your account and you won't have problems.

c Kabam! This is y we keep telling u to keep endgame stuff for endgame players. Y do u put beginners in so much trouble by giving them endgame stuff! Such big problems for them.
