hi so i’ve bought the 10 sbc deal for money and i regret it.

I was wondering if i got a refund through app store would kabam ban me or would they lock my units

and i would then buy the good deals coming in a few days

It's not going to be refunded since the purchase contributes milestone points and more than likely you've already claimed the milestone rewards.

If you opened the crystals and requested a refund through apple or google, you will have negative credits and won't be able to buy any deals from the store (including the web store) till the the time you settle the score.

so technically il still have my rewards i got earlier.

Let’s say i refund it will kabam hundred percent not ban me as thats what im scared of.

And i will be able to pay next week but my main concern is getting banned please let me know

You won’t get banned. You just won’t be able to earn or use units until you purchase contest credits equivalent to the amount that you refunded. If you’re going to pay it back next week and plan to keep playing, there is no point in doing refund.

If your plan is to refund through google/app store, you'll get negative credits. You'll then have to buy those credits back and will received nothing for them. So if you're plan is to buy the Christmas deal (which it sounds like) to get out of the negative units, it won't work. You'll have to buy the negative units back, and then buy yhe

You won't get banned and you will have negative units. Basically, until you pay Kabam their $50, you will not be able to make any other purchases or use units for anything. If you can pay next week, why get a refund now?

I took it as he didn't like his pulls, and wants a redo "and i would then buy the good deals coming in a few days" . But thinks he can just get this refunded and purchase again

I can't see how you'd get banned over asking for a refund, but it's a messy situation. By buying the deal, you've not only contributed to your own Banquet score (which needs to be fixed), but also to your alliance's score and the overall community score. 10 crystals won't move the needle anywhere when it comes to the Realm event, but if it pushed your alliance over a milestone and all 30 of you already claimed those rewards, things might get crazy complicated to fix.
