Constant Mystic Awakening Germ

Hi Kabam, is there a bug with the 7* awakening germ pull? I have accumulated over 70K of the 7* awakening germ crystal shards and all I’ve gotten is the mystic awakening germ, 7 times in a row.
Please can you look into my account before I pull my next 7* awakening germ?

I've been lucky with AG crystals. I get a different one each time.
