Mr knight titan crystal

Why is Mr. Knight included in the Titan Crystal pool?
I spent almost a month collecting shards for a Titan Crystal and ended up pulling Mr. Knight. After that, I read several blogs and posts where people say he isn’t very good.

Is Mr. Knight actually useful, or is he considered a weak pull from a Titan Crystal?

He is in the titan pool because the purpose of the crystal is to release new champs in a limited pool to increase the odds of players pulling those champs before they get lost in the ever-increasing basic pool. The titan crystal has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the champions it contains.

Thanks for explaining. I had assumed Titan pool meant quality-related, but this clears it up.
