Who's worth taking to R4 and awakening in these 2 classes?

Who is better to both awaken and take to R4 between these two 7* classes?

Mystic
I have 7* Nico Minoru and 7* Abs Man that I have a R4 mystic gem and a generic awakening gem I can use.

Skill
I have 7* Franken-Castle and 7* Yelena that I can also take to R4 but have a skill awakening gem I can use.

I also don't know if any of them benefit from awakening, aside from Abs-man that does benefit
