My heart bleeds

My alliance leader kicked me, then got added a few hours later again 2 weeks ago. This is because I was in a year end rush for work and got a little busy so I couldn't play much (mind you, I'm a constant contributer to the alliance for more than a year) and the only communication is in-game. I found out 3 hours before the timer ends that I won't be getting the alliance rewards. I genuinely didn't know about this whole timer thing and 2 weeks notice as I'm not in the loop like that to know intricate details of things like this and I been in my alliance for so long. My points would've managed to get the key(alliance) as consolation to not being able to afford units(can't grind units in-game I got work remember) but I'm screwed

Now I'm sitting here with nothing to show for all my efforts. Can't say I'm not gutted by this. I know people will troll, "it's just a game" me to filth but you know in your heart of hearts that if it was you in my position you'd be gutted too. There's nothing I can do but watch people on YouTube open stuff. My December ruined

It's okay bro just let go, if you can let go not-contributing to the alliance in the last few weeks, you can let go the rewards you'll miss

Yeah I know bro, still sucks though but I just needed to vent a little. I'm only human at the end of the day

The way this event works isn't an intricate detail. At worst, you should've read the in-game message that went out weeks ago explaining how everything works, including the 14-day timer. A junk situation, but Kabam tried every single avenue to try and make players aware. They did everything short of call players personally.

Next time, communicate with your alliance officers in game and let them know you're going through a busy period and won't be able to play much.

if you were added back 2 weeks ago, why won’t you be getting rewards? You only need to be your alliance for 14 days to be eligible for rewards.

sounds like they did their Crystals prior to reaching the 14 day mark since returning to Ally. (at a time when Red Banner would have been showing, saying “won't count until xx days”).

But since it is SAME alliance you were brought back into, you can try Submitting a Support Ticket and asking that the 14 day restriction be bypassed since you were already in that same alliance prior to that (just kicked and came back though).

And have Leader also send similar Support Ticket on your behalf as well.

That might work, or might not.
