This post aims to show that this issue is already affecting multiple players. Several members of the community are experiencing problems related to lost Alliance Banquet rewards, even though they contributed properly during the event.
How the issue started (general context):
-The Alliance Banquet is an event that requires long-term planning, saving units, and in many cases, spending real money.
-Many players actively participated, stayed in their alliances, and fulfilled all event requirements.
-Despite this, multiple reports indicate that rewards were lost due to factors outside the players’ control, mainly related to internal alliance changes.
Summary of our specific case:
-During the event, there was a mental instability situation involving an alliance officer, which led to several members being removed abruptly.
-The affected players did not leave voluntarily and had no intention of exploiting or bypassing the rules.
-These removals happened while the Alliance Banquet was still active, preventing players from continuing to participate.
-Even with a clear contribution history, participation in other alliance events, and valid Banquet points, Alliance Banquet rewards were lost.
What was discussed through Kabam support tickets:
-Detailed tickets were submitted explaining the full situation, including screenshots and participation history.
-Kabam correctly confirmed the delivery of Alliance War (AW) and Alliance Quest (AQ) rewards, acknowledging players’ activity and performance.
-However, regarding Alliance Banquet rewards, the responses have been generic.
-So far, there has been no clear confirmation that the Banquet rewards will be reviewed or restored.
-No timeline or final position has been provided.
Suggestions sent to Kabam to prevent similar issues:
-Implement a grace period, for example up to 6 hours, allowing a removed player to rejoin their original alliance and continue participating without losing Banquet eligibility.
-Ensure that individual Banquet contributions are permanently recorded, regardless of removals or internal leadership mistakes.
-Add protections against impulsive or unintentional officer actions during critical alliance-wide events.
- Improve rule clarity and in-game visibility so players are not punished for situations outside their control.
Current status:
Alliance Banquet rewards remain unresolved.
Players continue to seek fair review and communication.
