Who to rank up

I got a rank 3-4 skill 7 star gem and I don’t know who to choose since most of my 7 star skills are rank 1. Who should I rank up?

crossbones or Yelena. Crossbones wants the awakening and high sig tho so you’d just be prepping him

Many would say crossbones, but atm the best choice would be shangchi, who's incredible

for a defender Yelena, for attackers, if you can awaken crossbones him if not Chee’ilth

Chee or shang, yelena if u want a strong def (chee can be a pretty good stall champ in bg's) bones is the best of the lot but he does need sig invest and one of those champs u need to be skilled with. Id go with chee personally.
