Banquet event issues alliance banquet

So I joined my alliance prior to the event haven’t played in a while: but decided to come back and get serious with this event. I thought my points would count once the waiting period ended which it ended today: but my points that I already put into the banquet aren’t showing in the alliance even though I was in the alliance prior to the event starting and was in before the 14 day timer. As I joined my alliance on 12/13/25 and I became eligible today at 12/27/28 6:58pm. Or 7pm. But as shown in the photos once the timer is up no points were accumulated and I planned on putting in more points but idk now cause the points I already put in don’t even count.

Read the red box. You cant contribute till the countdown is over.

You weren’t eligible before today, why would points from when you were ineligible magically appear

not magically appear but they don’t say you can’t open sbc’s before you become Eligible and the points should count just locked out from getting those rewards until my timer is up. Does this make sense. It’s like if you join aq but you gotta wait 2 days to be eligible for rewards but then those 2 days are up you still earn the point’s and rewards because you contributed.

why would you assume this? Looks like you took a risk and it didn’t work out. None of your points before the 14 day period ended are contributing to your alliance. If you want the alliance event rewards you’re gonna need to open more crystals.

With the benefit of hindsight you should have waited for the 14 day period to end before participating.

They did say that though. On stream, in the banquet info, and in the in-game message that was sent to every single player that didn't read it. If you've been playing as long as you've had this forums account, then 7+ years is long enough to know that this is how the banquet has always works
