Help: No 3, 4 Relic Sinister for YEARS

For many years, I cannot get a 3 or 4* sinister relic. I think this is a bug as it doesn't show in the preview relic to be obtained. I've messaged support and always received a generic explanation of rng drops etc which never addresses the issue. Shrug, I don't know what else to do but post here. Shrug

Support addressed your "issue" just fine. RNG is the answer. There is no guarantee that you will ever pull those relics, but just because you haven't yet doesn't mean they aren't in the crystals.
