Slight tech based masteries update

You know how many mystics get additional benefits while mystic dispersion is activated while losing the benefits of that specific mastery? For example shathra loses mystic dispersion for each Rank invested but getting additional power steal potency .

I think it would be great if existing techs got benefits from that mastery more. Prowler for example gets extra crit damage rating and I think it would be cool if non crit tech champs got that benefit too.

more collar tech ranks can increase solvarchs overall physical burstdamage and can increase makers plasma damage and jacks as well. Nimrod for example have the potency of his shocks or his power drain increased for each rank invested.

I’m only advocating for collar tech specifically because the other class masteries don’t seem very good imho

Prowler only gets benefits that replace Collar Tech because his kit (at least somewhat) disincentivizes it. He wants to Drain as much power as possible to gain Power Creep and convert them to Fury, and Collar Tech reducing Combat Power Gain makes that harder. Most other Techs enjoy the benefits of the mastery so it wouldn’t make much sense to replace it for them, especially for Maker who actually especially likes Collar Tech as is because of Power Reroute. There’s not really much point doing this sorta thing unless there’s balancing concerns or the mastery in question poses a significant risk of being detrimental.

Also, really, a Jack buff? He does not need extra help lmao.
