Does stark spiderman supposed to whiff?

after sp1 his medium doesn’t follow threw

is opponent stunned, or is Spidey too far away (even though next is a Medium) ?
or is opponent able to Dex back (after getting up from SP1) before you attack with Medium ?

Or just plain whiff with Medium after SP1 when opponent is right there ?

(trying to clarify what you see before others answer)
