Timeline on support tickets

Hey all, how long does it typically take to get resolution on a support ticket? I submitted today when I accidentally used my generic 3-4 gem on the wrong champ. I caught it the second I hit the button and added no levels. Sent the ticket in within just a couple of minutes.

Don't expect anything for 24-48 hours. They could get to you sooner, or they could be backed up.

I put in a request for messing up and exiting the weekly supply strike. They got back with me after the quest was over….. they said they were swamped with requests and apologized. Understandable with this event going on for sure.
