Day 1 of Coliseum not improving anymore ?

Unless I don't remember correctly what happened two weeks ago, there's something weird going on with the day 1 podiums. I just beat my previous best score on podium 1 on my mini account but it didn't register and is still showing that my best is 3 bars...

Isn't it possible to improve day 1 scores anymore once day 2 is started ? I remember being able to improve the podium 1/2/3 scores during the first Coliseum even after day 2 started...

You have to beat your converted score. Tag changes can impact your overall score. If you did 4 bars with a 0 tag champ and 3 bars with a 3 tag champ, the 3 tag champ wins.

You're right, but it was with the same champ (Okoye, 2 tags). I had 3 bars previously but after awakening her, I went back to try and see if it made an impact on her damage and did 4 bars and a half.

Although I just tried on my other mini account, and I was able to improve podium 1 (Yelena, no tag, same as before) so it gets weirder. Oh well, I'll try again tomorrow and see if it's the same or if that account is cursed ! Thanks :)

That’s what Furrymoosen is trying to say. New day = new tags, which means that your Okoye attempt on day 1 benefitted from tag bonuses that no longer apply now that you’re trying the day after. Your old score is “locked in” with the day 1 tag bonuses, but any new runs you attempt on day 2 don’t get them.

I think your confusion is thinking that the tag bonuses are separate across podiums? They are not. It’s not that the first 3 podiums that unlock on day 1 have a different set of tag bonuses than the 4th, they all use the same set of tags that swap daily, which just happens to be when new podiums unlock.

I think it will be nice to know ahead of time the tags for the 3 days. Also less grinding would be nice too!

Should be 2 days per tag. Much more time to grind out what you need.
