Am i missing something? Why didn't I get to claim the rewards?

I join an alliance and the time ended before i can claim the rewards from the Alliance banquet reward. But there is no claim button or anything. I have made my contribution but why am i not able to claim the rewards till these milestones.

Please atleast tell me if I cant be able to claim them or its a glitch.

isnt that what the rules said, after the cooldown is finished , the rewards are claimable

After the cool down you can open all your stuff and get the points. If you opened everything before the cool down it doesn't work.

We don't because the event was bugged at the beginning and players briefly earn points. If OP got those points at the beginning they won't get anything until they trigger more points

Yes. The game probably reads it as you having done nothing. Even a small banquet crystal should trigger it.
