Does anyone know why in the solo banquet objectives I have 6k points, but in the alliance banquet I only,y hav,e 1.3k? I joined the alliance before banquet started.

Because you opened items before you could contribute to the alliance event. There's a 14-day waiting period that needed to expire before you could contribute.

If you had those points prior to the timer expired, then it is because there was a bug in the very beginning that was fixed, but Kabam let you keep those points.
