Okay two important pieces of information you should know:
1) Ghost Rider won a rework vote and will thus be reworked in 2026, if the X-23 rework is anything to go by we can likely expect it to be around the June-Sep period of the year.
2) Kabam loves puns, any chance they get to make a pun they will make a pun.

Therefore I conclude the Ghost Rider rework will be released during the summer event and Kabam will make a pun along the lines of "Hot headed" for the summer.
