Can’t claim final ally event milestone

Anyone know why I can’t claim the jubilant crystal from the final milestone of ally event. I have 13.700 points and just straight up can’t claim, tried refreshing and it’s not in overflow box so what gives?

Same happened to us and i came to post the same thing in forums but found out other alliances also facing the same issue

Same here.. The realm and solo milestones are claimable, alliance ones not..
