Unable to claim the final milestone rewards

My alliance has secured 8000 points in BIGGER THING alliance event, so technically we are eligible for final milestone rewards. However, we are unable to claim it. If this drags on, we won't be able to claim the 3 superior banquet grace crystals, and all the benefits in other events which comes through by opening these 3. Please look into it, as it might affect the alliance by so much as we might lose the rewards

I checked in stash and even in crystals tab where we purchase and open these banquet crystals. Still nothing, unable to see them

did you see the Announcement post at the top of the Forums ?
known bug claiming some Alliance even milestones today.

I apologize for the duplicate report. I noticed the issue after it affected both me and several alliance members, so I immediately raised it to make sure the team was aware of what was happening. I’m glad to see that the issue has already been acknowledged and that the team is actively working on a fix.
