cant claim alliance banquet rewards

I cant claim my alliance banquet rewards the claim button is not there I know I joined my alliance late but I joined before banquet and the blue bar is filled so I should be able to claim the rewards but I cant, I've tried everything, signing in and out, uninstalling and reinstalling game but nothing seems to work and I cant claim any rewards and the event is almost over plz help.

i also tried to purchase a smaller banquet crystal also but that didnt work either

its only let me claim the first 2 rewards when I shold be at 18

Does this mean crystals opened after the original end time will still count toward milestones? Or Do we need to purchase/open crystals now to reach the milestones? I just want to know I need to buy additional crystals to replace those from milestones.
