Compensation for not being able to claim alliance banquet rewards

Because the issue I will be unable to fulfil the alliance banquet milestones and claim 7500 *7 star shards which I could have claimed using the previous milestones . But i am not able to claim the previous ones

I would like to be compensated please

They've extended the event for you so they can fix the bug. There's a post from Mike about it.
